FABULOUS Mount Baldy Chalet. Over 2,500 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, for all your family and friends. Vaulted "great room" with cedar ceilings creates a true mountain retreat. Ski-in, ski-out from this fully "turn-key" property including the furnishings, appliances, dishes, cookware - even the Skidoos are included. Low property taxes make this affordable for you and your family. Mount Baldy is under new ownership and the new operators are working hard to expand the ski hill, add more chalets and a commercial component to make Mount Baldy a year round resort in the future. It will never become Whistler, but a season pass for adults is under $400. Visit https://baldyresort.com/tickets-and-passes/ for prices. And it may be the only ski resort where you may see wild horses on the way to your chalet. Please visit 3D VIDEO TOUR at: https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=n875HDWmUD4
Jim moved to Osoyoos from Southwestern Ontario, with stops in Calgary, Nanaimo, Vancouver, Victoria and 34 years in White Rock. He studied Business, Accounting and Real Estate at Fanshawe College, Conestoga College and at UBC.
Jim's background includes over 4 decades of experience in Real Estate, Design, Construction, Sales and Management.
His community involvement includes 15 years of coaching and umpiring amateur fastpitch, and volunteering at the Greater Vancouver Open Fastpitch, White Rock Sea Festivals, the Greater Vancouver Open Golf Tournaments and the Tour de White Rock bike races.
Jim is a husband, father and grandfather, who has been passionate about real estate since purchasing his first home in Nanaimo in 1972 - and yes - he is experienced. After a few years of semi-retirement, which was spent designing and completing several minor and major renovations, and with the encouragement of his wife and family, Jim and his wife Mary, started Outstanding Realty in Osoyoos in March of 2016. For them Real Estate is a passion - not a job.
In June of 2018 Jim and Mary closed Outstanding Realty, deciding they wanted to spend more time with their clients, and less time managing a real estate business. That allows them to concentrate on providing Outstanding service to each of their clients.
Their goal remains the same - to ensure the client is number one.
